Sergey Bagratyan’s Question to Minister of Finance on Dram Valuation Process and Implementing Policy in This Situation
“If the dram valuation continues, don’t we feel the need of economic airbags and shouldn’t we add the foreign currency reserves,” the deputy Sergey Bagratyan voiced such question during the NA-Government Q & A session.
The RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan informed that at the beginning of the coming week the Government will submit the draft law on the State Budget for 2023 for debate to the National Assembly. There is a separate reference in the document to the macro-economic situation, during the coming year, especially in the mid-term, also the main features of the implementing policy.
According to the Minister, the executive body has a goal to regulate by law that besides taking into consideration the expenditure needs of the state budget certain means should be available for managing such situations.
