Today, Artsakh and Armenia have found themselves in a situation where Azerbaijan has already set up checkpoints in the Lachin Corridor, which has been closed by “environmentalists” for six months, neighboring the Shushi, and the so-called environmentalists, considering their mission completed, have left those places, because all this is at the state level.
Even then, it was pretty surprising that Russia, according to the tripartite agreement signed on November 9, 2020, as a peace mediator and controller in the presence of Russian peacekeeping forces, could not or did not want to take any steps regarding the closure of the Lachin Corridor, which meant giving carte blanche to Azerbaijan to do whatever it wants, which took advantage of that opportunity and closed the Lachin Corridor indefinitely time.
Since the question of not allowing the closure of that corridor was the direct responsibility of the peacekeeping forces, which surprisingly did not happen, many people believed that Russia, which is already in a big war, could not turn its eyes away from Ukraine and deal with Artsakh; on the other hand, and Azerbaijan immediately took advantage from that circumstance and immediately closed the Lachin corridor.
However, the second step taken by Azerbaijan, the presence of state checkpoints there and in the vicinity of Shushi, clearly showed that Russia is not unable to but does not want to hinder Azerbaijan, simply suggesting with its silence that you can freely do whatever you need.

It’s unnecessary to talk here. At least some states and international organizations, according to their habit of talking only, raised their voices about it, allegedly demanding that they immediately remove those checkpoints. Still, the Russians did not do that either. All this once again confirms that we are utterly alone in the world, and we should put our hope only on ourselves and act accordingly because the steps taken by the authorities so far speak of something else, as if Armenia is not alone and has some allies.
Where are they, and when will we finally see their practical help at least once? Such acting steps contribute to the destruction of our country in the first place.
In summary, Russia did not want to interfere in this matter, which means that, although it was obliged, it did not even interfere for our benefit. Contrary to its obligation, it helped and probably will always support the non-member CSTO Azerbaijan. That gives us a lot to think about.
Azerbaijan has always deceived us, is deceiving us, and will always deceive us.
The authorities of Armenia are just showing that maybe it is possible to believe once again, try, perhaps this time they won’t deceive, and by believing they will be deceived again and their next steps will be again the same, they act as if they still believe. In other words, they have already been fully convinced of this, but they will continue like this indefinitely because they want to be deceived.
There are no questions about the attitude of these three countries.
