Former State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, accuses President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan of constantly lying.
Ruben Vardanyan describes the constant manipulation that Arayik Harutyunyan has used to continue to lead Artsakh, from lying to state officials within Artsakh, to the people.
The video is in response to telegram channels spreading the news that Arayik Harutyunyan was preparing to resign, a fact that Ruben Vardanyan stated was conveyed to them by Arayik Harutyunyan himself in a meeting of 8 people. As rumors began to spread, Harutyunyan once again changed his decision and now Vardanyan states he is being targeted for leaking the information.
Vardanyan states that instead of uniting the nation, the president continues to lead the spreading of rumors and splitting of the nation.
