Vartan Oskanian replied that their alliance has never encouraged the use of force and does not encourage it in any form.

We believe that they have taken weapons out of desperation. We know the situation in our country, the majority of people was cooperative in those days, the rallies that were held by our compatriots were in support of them. At the same time, the legal element that exists in connection with the deaths of police officers is to be continued to discuss which we can put on the legal grounds.”
We also asked Mr. Ohanyan that in connection with the events in Jrarat village, you said that there is a political persecution against your alliance, while the relatives of the aggrieved said that it has nothing to do with the elections nor with your alliance, so whether pressure was exerted just for saying, Seyran Ohanyan replied, “The incidents in Jrarat are carried out for political reasons, I personally was on the scene and there was a pressure, indecent words, swear words addressed our team.
