“Flash” LTD president Barsegh Beglaryan was charged with self-acting by force and the danger of using force upon the criminal case filed in Investigation Department of Kentron and Nork Marash Branches of the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
The investigation has revealed that properties of extensive numbers were peculated from “Flash Motors” LTD belonging to N. Beglaryan in 2015, in which the owner of the corporation and his relatives have accused the former commercial director of “Flash Motors” LTD and demanded to return the suspected property damage.
Beglaryan’s father, “Flash” LTD owner Barsegh Beglaryan, along with his relatives, has accused the former commercial director of peculations and demanded to rename the latter’s apartment on Azatutyan Ave of Yerevan or pay $20.000 by force and threatening to damage the health or life. In the result, the former commercial director gave his apartment as a pledge to the bank upon the guidance of B. Beglaryan on April 25, 2016. The money of the pledge, amounting to 9.700.000 AMDs were transferred to the corporation.
Upon the evidence, Barsegh Beglaryan, president of “Flash” LTD, was charged with the second part of Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case continues.
Measures are being taken for providing a comprehensive, full and objective investigation of the case.
Notification: a person that is suspected or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proved by a court judgment that has come into legal effect pursuant to the procedure determined by RA Criminal Procedure Code.
