Resident of Koti village wounded from Azerbaijani fire

During the early morning hours of September 16th, Azerbaijan fired using high-caliber weapons at the Koti village of Noyemberyan in the Tavush region.

The administrative leader of Koti, Felix Melikyan, announced that the firing began on September 15th at 11:50 PM and continued for about 40 minutes, until 12:30 AM on September 16th. As a result of the shots, Koti resident Suren Sepkhanyan, born 1957, was wounded. Felix Melikyan announced that Sepkanyan had been wounded in the shin. Sepkhanyan is being treated at the Noyemberyan medical center, and his condition is stable.

Last night, at around 12:30 AM, Azerbaijani forces also fired upon the central road and the southern portion of the Voskepar village.
