Members of the “Tsarukyan” alliance are pleased with the discussions held today with Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan regarding changes in the Electoral Code. Secretary of the “Tsarukyan” alliance Vahe Enfiajyan spoke to reporters about this after the discussion.
The parliamentarians of the alliance agree with making it so that the fourth force in parliament needs to gather at least 2 percent of the votes. Vahe Enfiajyan said that the parliament needs to reflect the people’s desires.
The “Tsarukyan” alliance will vote in favor of the Electoral Code if the fundamental points are accepted.
Ararat Mirzoyan announced that the “Tsarukyan” alliance made several compromises during the meetings about snap elections. “The fourth force can enter parliament if it gathers at least 2 percent of the votes. But we also need to discuss this with the other factions,” he said.
