In response to a reporter’s question during parliamentary briefings about why the government’s rhetoric changed regarding how everyone was in hiding after November 9th and no one had information about one another, My Step deputy Hamazasp Danielyan told the reporter that some reporters hide their political activism under the guise of journalism. “They are not only prepared to adopt inadequate behavior, but also to make up lies. Go back to when the finances and loans committee held a session after November and see who was in hiding,” he said.
The reporter responded, “The Prime Minister.”
Hamazasp Danielyan added, “Do not try to categorize what happened on November 10th as the people’s rage. There were people among them who were disappointed in the results of the war, as were all of us. There were also planned, partially armed groups motivated by political goals, which no one can deny.”
