Based on the resignation letter of the judge of the Constitutional Court Araik Tunyan and guided by Article 147.2 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, consider the powers of the judge of the Constitutional Court Araik Tunyan to be ceased from 4 January 2024.
