“I would like to believe,” Tigran Urikhanyan, a member of the PAP parliamentary group said during a conversation with www.aravot.am about the opinion expressed by Serzh Sargsyan in his speech at the European People’s Party (EPP) congress that taking into account the propositions of international observers made in May, the government was consistent to hold a free, fair and democratic election in February.
“Generally, I would like my optimism not to be shaded and reduced, because a free and fair election has no alternative this time more than ever and not only future development of the Republic of Armenia, but also the prospect of development depend on that,” the PAP MP said.
