January 17,2014 16:11

Yesterday, on January 15, Aram Harutyunyan, leader of “National Accord” party, speaking at a press conference about the crime held during the second President Robert Kocharyan on October 27, has said the Kocharyan is as guilty as Vazgen Sargsyan. “Connected to October 27 event, Kocharyan is as guilty, I can be a little cruel to say, as Vazgen Sargsyan, because he was the prime minister of the period during which he was killed.” Aravot.am tried to get a comment on this statement from Aram Sargsyan, leader of “Republic” party, and brother of Vazgen Sargsyan.

“There are people in the public domain of Armenia and among the authorities who share the mentality of customers of the crime held on October 27, and implementing villains, and it is also the reason that the case has not yet been disclosed. But, fortunately, people with such a view are not so much accepted in the public perception, and referring to them, I think, is useless,” said Mr. Sargsyan, who said that he dies not even want to give the name of the person who made the statement. “Generally, I do not want discuss the kind of people. They want to get into the debate, become factors, go and get money from Rob. Useless thing, I’m not the one to provide them money. They do not have anything sacred. Eventually, Vazgen is not with us for over ten years, let them leave the soul of this man alone. It is not good at all, ultimately, one has not only life but soul, as well.”
