“All the ones who can be useful to the disclosure of the case, should be glad to come to the Investigative Service and give materials. There is no one interested in March 1 case disclosure more than Levon Ter-Petrossian,” said “Armenian National Congress” party Board member, Aram Manukyan. The journalists had asked what the former MP thought of the announcements implying that the First President of the Republic of Armenia, the leader of the opposition on March 1 case, Levon Ter-Petrossian, had to be interrogated at least as a witness.
The former MP said that the First President was ready to give evidence as a witness. “For 10 years we have collected materials, published books, made films, applied to all international and European structures, made the list of all possible criminals. We have the list of all police officers who gave false evidence, the names of all judges who lodged false appeals. Right after the publication of the collection of documents we have sent them to all interested parties. It is a whole collection which is enough to disclose March 1 case. The materials are so many that it completely proves that March 1 crimes were organised in advance and carried out,” replied Aram Manukyan, adding that here the issue was to liberate the citizen of the Republic of Armenia and all of us should pray for these started processes to reach its destination.
Aram Manukyan finds that Robert Kocharyan’s preventative measure should remain the detention. And he considers the disclosure of the people who shot 10 people dead as the easiest thing: “Kloyan has given the names of all criminals for 10 years.
