News spread that President of Russia Vladimir Putin wished second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan a Happy New Year.
“Russia deeply appreciates your contribution towards establishing friendly relations and developing mutually beneficial cooperation between our two countries,” the message said. After wishing Kocharyan a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Vladimir Putin wished him good health, endurance, and positivity.
Aravot Daily was informed that Vladimir Putin also sent third President of Armenia and President of the Republican Party Serzh Sargsyan a similar message.
