“The position of the Armenian side is that the Lachin corridor should be unblocked. Checkpoints should not be installed there because there is no provision about checkpoints in the document of November 9,” said Lilit Minasyan, deputy of the “Civil Contract” faction, referring to the information about Azerbaijan’s demands for the installation of checkpoints and X-ray devices in the Lachin corridor.
“The rest of the detailed discussion is now taking place in the Baku-Stepanakert format, with the involvement of Russian peacekeepers as well. There are discussions about what format will be used to ensure the transportation of humanitarian cargoes, not other cargoes. But there is no decision yet,” said Lilit Minasyan.
