The foul sewer of “Nubarashen” penitentiary, the length of which is 120 meters, is already installed, informed the head of “Veolia Djur” CJSC Public Relations Service, Murad Sargsyan to Aravot.am. He informed that they do not serve the area, but have shown a willingness to help: “We do not bear a responsibility, we simply have a net to which “Nubarashen” sewer pipes can be connected for us to be able to remove and clean the sewage… However, the penitentiary, as known, does not have a foul sewer. Our territorial experts were at the place. I think we will have finished the nearby operations tomorrow as well, to connect the 120-meter foul sewer to our net.”
On the overall solution of the issue, Murad Sargsyan did not give details, inasmuch as the territory belongs to the penitentiary. “We help as a goodwill. The pipes have been bought by “Nubarashen” penitentiary. It is known the territory has been in an anti-sanitary condition for years, inasmuch as the sewage has flushed out of penitentiary as a stream accumulating in the territory”, concluded Murad Sargsyan.
Let us remind you that the residents of the buildings nearby the penitentiary have complained from the odor for years and the members of “Yerkir Tsirani” brought with them a substance with odor in glass bottles for the Mayor and the City members to breathe and imagine what air Nubarashen district residents breathe because of “Nubarashen” penitentiary’s damaged sewage.
