On November 21, at 20:57 an emergency call was received to “911” service that a car accident had occurred near the US embassy on Isakov Avenue of Yerevan, three cars had collided, there was a casualty, a gas leak had occurred.
Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that “Mazda CX-9” (driver Aleksandr H. born in 1953), “Mercedes C” (driver Aram H. born in 1992) and “Mercedes R” (driver Narek M. born in 1993) cars had collided.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the passenger (Ernest H. born in 1979) of “Mazda CX-9” car had been hospitalized to “Astghik” Medical Center, afterwards to “Armenia” Republican Medical Center, where the doctors assessed his health condition as stable serious.
