“Once again, he is using primitive manipulation. The Armenian Cause has never been on the agenda of Armenian foreign policy, and that is clear. Levon Ter-Petrossian, Robert Kocharyan, and Serzh Sargsyan have repeatedly said that Armenian nationalism is another movement and process that the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) is leading in the Diaspora,” former parliamentary deputy Naira Zohrabyan told reporters at the Hayeli press club in response to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s statement that the Republic of Armenia has never pursued the policy of the Armenian Cause.
“Putting the issue of the Genocide in the Diaspora’s pocket oand presenting the Genocide as an exceptional agenda of Armenian nationalism is common manipulation. In his words, he stated that there is no longer an agenda for the genocide, and that if Hye Dat and the Diaspora want to continue, they will, and if not, they won’t. As long as there is no real counteraction, Nikol Pashinyan will say whatever he wants,” Naira Zohrabyan added.
