Ambassador Tracy met new President of Armenia Vahagn Khatchaturyan March 21 and passed him a letter of congratulations from Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
The Secretary’s letter emphasized the U.S.-Armenia partnership: “Our two nations share deep cultural and historical ties. During our 30 years of diplomatic relations, we have worked together to build upon those connections.”
