Proceedings were held in the Martuni province Investigation Division of the Territorial Investigation Department of the Investigation Committee of the Artsakh Republic, in connection with the case of April 11, 2022, at around 13:20 pm, of intentional illegal killing of three people repairing an internet communication station in the administrative area of Taghavard village on the grounds of national hatred from the Azerbaijani military positions located in the village of Taghavard, Martuni province of Artsakh.
The investigation is underway.
