It is worth reminding that the only format with an international mandate for the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict is the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairmanship. During the aggressive war unleashed by Azerbaijan against the people of Artsakh in the Fall of 2020 and after, neither Russian nor US and French Co-chairs visited Artsakh to assess the situation in accordance with their mandate and to find ways out of a difficult situation.
