Artak Zakaryan, an RPA MP, answering a question whether RPA put PAP under pressure at Pastark Club today, naturally, assured that there was no pressure either on PAP, or anyone else. In response to a question of Aravot.am “how will you explain then multiple publications in press that there is a serious outflow from PAP these days and even medical personnel is Republicanized, whereas the logic implies that they should support the Prosperous Armenia Party?” Mr. Zakaryan said, “And why do you think that medical personnel should not support the Republican Party. No one Republicanized people, although, RPA expands year by year, the inner party life has developed rapidly. However, to say that someone has been Republicanized, there is no such thing. The experience proves that there are parties, declared numbers of which and the votes they win substantially differ from each other. Attracting masses to our party is done in a completely different manner.”
In response to a question of journalists “and why do you think that those who are forcefully involved in RPA ranks will necessarily vote for RPA?” Artak Zakaryan said that the RPA members actively participated in all discussions, expressed their discontent that they had a large party team and they were not only convinced that every member of RPA would vote for RPA, but also were convinced that they would actively canvass new voters.
