The speedy trial of Nerina Pinkhasova, a citizen of Uzbekistan and a mother to 4 minors, took place in the trial court of the Avan and Nork Marash administrative districts.
As a rule, during a speedy trial, the defendant admits his/her guilt, and there are no court proceedings.

Nerina Pinkhasova who has basically managed to disrupt our defense system with her fraud was convicted to 6 years and 9 months in prison.

By the way, Samvel Babayan, a former commander of the Defense Army of Nagorno-Karabakh, is also mentioned among the victims.
