The Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan about 70 times by firing more than 700 shots from weapons of different calibres on the night of September 20-21, NKR Defense Army reported.
The release reads that the adversary applied DShK heavy machine gun in southern direction of the Defense Army (36 shots).
NKR Defense Army advanced detachments have full control over the situation and continue carrying out their military duty, reads the statement.
