Minutes ago “Sasna Tsrer” group member, “Founding Parliament” opposition movement member Aram Hakobyan (see the photograph above), was released from detention under the decision of judge Arshak Vardanyan.
He was released on bail of 500.000 AMD. When the money is transferred to the deposit account of the court, Hakobyan will be released from detention.
It is noteworthy that the accusing judges had not objected to the arbitration proposing the bail application for the release at the same time.
Let us remind you that before “My Step” public movement the mentioned arbitration was represented and rejected a few times in a row.
Lately three more members of the armed group had been released – Hovhannes Vardanyan, Tigran Sargsyan and Areg Kyureghyan. Garo Yegnukian, Manvel Atoyan and Khachatur Grichyan, accused of supporting the armed group are also in freedom.
Aram Hakobyan has about a dozen of illnesses, lack of blood flow to the brain and chronic “Brain Ischemia”, “Hypertension”, “Cardiac Ischemia” among them. He is accused of having, keeping, transferring arms and weapons illegally, as well as occupying buildings.
