EU Special Representative visits Armenia to discuss Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and bilateral cooperation

On 26 June, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, held consultations with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in Yerevan.

Klaar’s meetings focused on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and issues relating to EU-Armenia cooperation.

The Special Representative plans to visit some border villages of the Tavush region to get acquainted with the situation on the ground on 27 June.

During his visit, the EU Special Representative was also a guest on Azatutyun TV.
