When someone angry and irritable says absurd things, people say about this man: “The goat have come.”
Although Ilham Aliyev’s ancestors are from Sisian, I do not think that the younger Aliyev has heard given word of our people. Yet, unlike the elder Aliyev, the goats of the junior appear frequently, and when they appears, the younger Aliyev immediately remembers that two-thirds of Azerbaijan is occupied by Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. He especially remembers before his next presidential elections, and, once again remembering, begins to threaten and intimidate on war and military themes, and when he receives adequate responses from us on the same themes, he keeps silent for some time and then re-start playing the same song on war.
We, of course, like to give adequate responses to Aliev’s martial and militant threats, nevertheless, we prefer more to keep careful track, observe and publicly voice the failures of Azerbaijan and Ilham Aliyev, personally, especially in the area of foreign policy. And, especially, we are quite inspired after Putin’s visit to Baku, and mostly from the fact that Ilham Heydarovich pronouncing the name of the high-rank Russian official, as if accidentally has called him “sic”, and we are thrice happy that the younger Aliyev did not deign to personally be present at the airport to meet Putin.
And we are thrilled that by counting and taking into account that all these is going to have a very negative consequences for Azerbaijan and Ilham Aliyev, personally, and inspired by our enthusiasm, we do not think and presume that he, the younger Aliyev, knows counting and calculating.

And our enthusiasm reaches the peak, when Putin announces that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved through political way, it seems, it was predictable that Putin declared in Baku that the Karabakh conflict should be settled down through war.
And we that always have a defiant attitude MG statements that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved only through political means, here we are so thrilled and hopefully ignited by Putin’s statement of similar content.
And, apparently, Serzh Sargsyan also considers our and his success and failure of Azerbaijan and Aliyev, and probably this is the reason why he states in Tsakhkadzor that it is preferable for Armenia if Aliyev remains and continues working as Azerbaijani President. However, Serzh Sargsyan has other interests in re-election of the President Aliyev, and the most important among them is that both remain in their positions and continue solving the Karabakh issue through political means.
