We asked him to detail how the citizens were transported to the unit of police forces, Yeghishe Petrosyan replied, “By a Soviet ruined car, naturally with closed bars, because there was even no air to breathe, talking with making face, you do not know whether he is a representative of the state or someone else, I do not know who speaks with making face. It was terribly hot and until we arrived, all my clothes were wet and not only mine. Perhaps, they fit in more people there than it is allowed, there is no air to breathe.”
Yesterday, the police when detaining citizens from Khorenatsi Street announced that they are detaining only the protesters, while with regard to other citizens, they are just taking beyond the fence of the police station to determine their identity. Aravot.am asked Yeghishe Petrosyan whether the police acted accordingly, he replied, “It is a lie, an absolute lie. If the police were able to catch a bird, they would have detained it too. They were instructed about who appears around, detain them to scare others but they do not know that those who are scared, they do not come here, only the one who is not scared of all that comes here.”
